Bind your CTF Club membership to the K Dollar Program account to earn & spend K Dollar!
Effective from 22 March 2022, you can now earn K Dollar whenever you shop and dine at over 500 participating merchants in town through K Dollar Program – a unified loyalty program jointly collaborated between New World Group and Chow Tai Fook. You are required to bind your CTF Club membership with your K Dollar Program account to continue earning and spending K Dollar faster and easier.
Your existing, non-expired K Dollar will be eligible for usage when both accounts have been linked. You must bind the membership accounts on or before 31 December 2022, after which all your existing K Dollar will be forfeited.
Upon binding your KLUB 11 and K Dollar Program accounts, all your existing KLUB Points will be converted into K Points (K Dollar) which are eligible for usage in Hong Kong. Only subsequent spending made in Hong Kong will be eligible for earning K Dollar.
Link your Chow Tai Fook membership to the K Dollar Rewards Program in a few simple steps!
1) Register a new K Dollar Program membership to start using K Dollar
1. If you want to earn or spend K Dollar at Chow Tai Fook, you will need to register as a K Dollar Program member first by clicking the “REGISTER” button on the main page.
2. The system has pre-filled the mobile number of your CTF CLUB account. Tap “NEXT” then you will receive a verification code.
3. After reading the reminder, tap “Confirm”.
4. After receiving the verification code, input it and tap “DONE”.
5. Fill in your personal information and tap “Submit”.
6. Registration successful! Now you can tap the “DONE” button and continue to use CTF Club App.
7. You may use and check your K Dollar status in main page now!
2) Link your CTF Club account and K Dollar Program account
1. Tap “LINK K DOLLAR” on the main page.
2. The system has pre-filled the mobile number of your CTF CLUB account. Tap “NEXT” then you will receive a verification code.
3. After reading the reminder, tap “Confirm”.
4. After receiving the verification code, input it and tap “DONE”.
5. Input your K Dollar Program account password and tap “NEXT”.
6. After confirming that the information is correct, click "YES, LINK THIS ACCOUNT".
7. After successful link-up, press “DONE” to return to the home page.
8. You may use and check your K Dollar status in main page now!
